Goscor Power Products began a process in January 2026 to exit the sector in which it has operated for many years.
The initial intention was to sell the business as a going concern. As this was ultimately not possible, Goscor Power Products proceeded with winding up the business through the sale of its remaining stock to customers.
It is important to clarify that there has been no takeover or purchase of the Goscor Power Products business. The process has involved the sale of stock only.
Over the past few months, Goscor Power Products has successfully disposed of its remaining stock. While this stock was purchased by a number of customers, KLB Engineering has been the largest purchaser of Goscor Power Products products and spare parts.
As a result, KLB Engineering is well positioned to assist customers who may continue to require a significant number of the products and spare parts previously supplied by Goscor Power Products.
