AG Siddle (Tony)
Tony is a qualified CA (SA) and holds a B Comm degree in Accounting from the University of Cape Town. He served his articles of clerkship at Deloitte before joining the Goscor Cleaning Equipment sales department in January 1992. Tony held a number of different leadership positions within the Goscor Group and was appointed as the managing Director in 1997. Tony also served on the Board of Micor Industrial Corporation LTD, a JSE listed holding company. He was the group Chief Executive Officer of Goscor from 2002 to 2010, and thereafter he was appointed as Chairman.
Tony has two children and his hobbies include golf, fly fishing and wildlife. He is a qualified commercial pilot.
AN Wilson (Neil)
Neil joined the Goscor Group of Companies in early 2008 as the Group Finance Director. A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), Neil studied at UCT and then completed his articles at Deloitte & Touche. His career started in the investment management world where Neil played a significant role in building an asset management business called Melville Douglas which he was MD of for a number of years. This business was acquired by Standard Bank in 2001. As a Director Neil was given a number of different leadership positions within Standard Bank, being appointed as Director and Head of Private Banking and Wealth in 2006.
Neil was appointed as CEO of Goscor in 2010 when Imperial acquired a controlling interest in the Group. Neil is a passionate cyclist, golfer and family man.
Goscor Power Products
Mark has been in the power products industry for 27 years and headed up three companies in this time. Mark started out as a National Sales Manager in 2009 and worked his way up from there. Since Mark took over at Goscor Power Products there was only growth in the business and they’ve achieved record months in this time. Mark and his wife Irene have seven dogs and with each one of them with their own personality they are treated as their children and are spoilt rotten. Mark also enjoys motorcycling, gymming, camping and cooking.
N Moodley (Selva)
Selva joined the Goscor Group of Companies in January 1991 as a Parts Counter Salesman and in 1994, he moved on to create Goscor‚ IT Department.
With very little IT knowledge, it was quite a challenge, but Selva persevered and created what is now a fully functional IT department that provides in-house support for a variety of applications looking after the needs of more than 130 users nationally with one Assistant. Selva is a keen DIY person. He also gives his time to assist with the needs of a Computer Class and other requirements at the Sathya Sai School in Lenasia.
His hobbies include gardening and watching sport.
