Get to know your products by attending some of our product training courses designed specifically for our dealers, but available to their cutomers as well.

We are committed to providing the best tools possible to understand, promote and support our products in the market place.
Small groups (Max 10 delegates) allows us to offer personal attention to each delegate, with adequate time for questions and explanations. 

Various levels are offered from a basic level to a technical level.  Specific Areas Courses are product / function specific. This allows you to select specific courses that match specific staff member functions.

Course durations are 2 hour or 4 hour blocks, allowing you to combine various courses on the same day, maximise the training, while minimizing the disruption to your business.

ADMINISTRATIVE:

  • Parts Interpretation and Warranty Procedures (2 Hr)

This course is compulsory for all dealers, to provide them with the basic parts interpretation techniques, search information and website navigation.  This course must be completed by all dealers to qualify as an Authorised Warranty Centre.

SALES:

  • Pump Basics (2 Hr)
  • Construction Equipment Basics (2 Hr)
  • Generator and Welder Basics (2 Hr)

These Courses are recommended for all your sales staff, to provide them with the sales features and Benefits of our range of products.

TECHNICAL:

  • Centrifugal Pumps (2 Hr)
  • Generators  (2 Hr)
  • EH Engine Range (4 Hr)
  • EY Engine Range (4 Hr)
  • EX Engine Range (4 Hr)

These Courses are recommended for all your workshop / technical staff, and includes stripdown and assembly,  as well as troubleshooting.

GENERAL:

  • Maintenance, How and Why (2 Hr)
  • The Vibracon Compaction Equipment Range
  • The Meiwa Construction Equipment Range
  • Goscor Fire Equipment Range (2 Hr)

These Courses are general courses, and include Product Identification, Features and Benefits, and Technical Specifications.
